Week 10 - Treats

Time to treat yourself. This is an area we will have touched on in week 6 when we looked at fruit and vegetables and the way fruit can be used as a substitute for snacks. You can still eat the foods you love, but in the appropriate amounts. Eating food has both a physical and an emotional component – something the food industry has discovered to our cost – and this week we will work at disentangling the two.
